Payment

Payment for online orders is accepted via Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to place an order.  Paypal is a fast, secure way to make payments over the internet.
Alternatively please telephone me on 01223-511490 or email your order to me at info@helenmelville.com so that I can confirm your order and give you my address so that you can send a cheque.  Please note that cheques must be in £Sterling and made payable to 'Helen Pratt'.

Delivery

Postage is included for orders to UK customers only.  For international shipping costs, please contact me.
UK orders under £36 will be posted First Class.  Orders over £36 will be sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature.
Each item will be presented in its own white gift box with a wadding insert.
All jewellery is made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks delivery.  For any urgent orders, please contact me in advance and I will do my best to help you.

Privacy Notice

When ordering, no payment information is viewed by Helen Melville Jewellery, as all online payments are conducted through PayPal's own secure servers. Your PayPal account information and credit card details are never disclosed to this site or Helen Melville Jewellery staff at any stage.
The only details collected by Helen Melville Jewellery are your shipping details.
I do not share your details with any third party unless required to by law.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund to be applicable.  If a postage charge was made, this is not refundable.

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned.
Please note that bespoke jewellery items or jewellery that has been customized (different from standard stated length and/or crystal colours) are non-refundable.

The jewellery is made and packed with the utmost care, but in the unlikely event that your item is received damaged or faulty, or the wrong item was sent in error, please contact me immediately on receipt to arrange return and replacement of the item. I will send a replacement and re-imburse you for the cost of the return postage.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach me.  Helen Melville Jewellery cannot accept any liability for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.  We suggest items are suitably insured using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
